Several problems here:

1. Your laptop is not an ASRock product
2. The GPU you listed is 19 years old and should not be used in any modern system
3. The GPU you listed is not an ASRock product

I mention not an ASRock product because this is the ASRock community forum.

But, to answer your question, no, that GPU will not work with your laptop and
even if it did it would be by far worse than what is already inside the laptop.
You will need an external GPU enclosure + GPU and power brick to run discrete
graphics on your laptop. I suggest you check on laptop forums for recommendations

I am looking to buy a new Graphic card. But I am not sure which card will be good for my intel motherboard. I am looking for a Graphic card for gaming purposes. The laptop I am using is an XPS 13 Plus Laptop
