I'm having a strange issue with 2 GPU's installed. If I have the display port plugged into the card in the first PCIE slot, I cannot access the BIOS. It just displays a blank screen after the BIOS beep and goes straight into Windows. If I plug the display port into the second card PCIE slot, I see the boot screen and can enter the BIOS, but after that, no screen trying to boot into Windows. So basically I have to plug into the second slot, access the BIOS, then after exiting the BIOS and booting into Windows, I have to plug back into the first slot to be able to see Windows.

ASRock X570 Steel Legend
ASRock AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Phantom Gaming D2 OC x 2
476GB addlink SSD (SATA (SSD)
931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA)
476GB NVMe Predator SSD GM7
953GB NVMe APSFG-1T-CSUS


Any ideas?
