Beta BIOS are sometimes used to solve certain issues, but when a BIOS is not working for all combinations of CPU and hardware, they are removed.
Thee are hundreds of combinations of hardware, and ASRock, cannot test all combinations, but if BIOS releases are removed, usually you will find a new BIOS.

Hello,

Why the latest version of the BIOS here is 4.21B:

But I found that 4.23 and 4.25 are available as well, and 4.25 is stable with Resizable bar on?

Are they being pulled out by AsRock for some reason?
