I have cleaned with a smooth brush, so i do no damage to the electronics. Does that mean my GPU doesnt work at 100%? In the lower slot aka PCIe3 i can use it, but the question is: Why?</div><div><br></div><div>When i install my or any other graphics card in PCIe2, my PC doesnt start.
