Hi Ithafeer, if you want direct assistance from ASRock you will need to open a
support ticket with ASRock here:

This is a community forum although ASRock does post here on occasion too. Your
best bet is to open a support ticket though, if no one has replied then likely
no one here has any ideas that could help.

I would try disconnecting everything from your system except for keyboard and
display. Disconnect drives, USB devices etc and see if you can get into the UEFI.

Hello ASRock Team,

My PC runs a Ryzen 9 5900x on an ASRock B550 Extreme 4 Mainboard (newest BIOS version. 2.20 afaik).

Everything was running fine, but since one weak i have a new problem: My UEFI is not working at all. When I press DEL or F2 on startup, the screen freezes on the "Asrock ... please press DEL to enter setup" - screen. The same happens if i use the Restart to UEFI tool from Asrock.

I fixed the problem by doing a CMOS Reset of the Mainboard. Then i could go into UEFI. Once! After this one time, the freezing again happened.
