I got answer quickly, although not the one I'd like (generic "its not possible on Xeon D1541", although Intel datasheet says it supports it).

Hi,

could it be possible to add 4X4 bifurcation to at least one of PCI-E slots, that would be great feature and make this board (and maybe other Xeon D boards too) even more popular for homelab purposes.
This motherboard has it (almost) all and not much can be added to two PCI-E slots, but ability to put 2X M2 SSD card, or connect two U2 SSDs would be great
