Each brand buys a different RGB controlelr and uses that on theiur products, and there is still not a standard.
You could try signal RGB

Do these AMD cards not have working / compatible RGB with Intel based systems?

I have an ROG Strix Z-490-E Gaming MB, with an intel I7 - 10700k CPU / 32g RAM.
