OK, I see AGESA Combo V2 PI 1.2.0.6b is compatible. 1.2.0.7 fixes a bug I guess, but it is only in beta. The latest BIOS for this is dated 3/10/2022, almost a month before the 5600 was released. I can't find anything that directly addresses the 5600 and its compatibility with the B450 Steel Legend.

ASRock warns so much about not upgrading BIOS if you don't need to. I don't want to do it if it isn't going to support the 5600 anyway.
