When using gmail, always check your spam folder
Sometiems this happens when other RGB hardware, or tools are conflicting with the ASrock tool.
When only the ASRock tool is running, you could try to uninstall, restart, and remove the C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin folder, and restart again.
The download the RGB tool, and install it.
Give it some time, till the 2 icons on the taskbar are gone, and the installation is finished
then start the tool, it should do 2 steps
1. detecting the RGB LED hardware
2. do a firmware update

Asrock b450m steel legend

When using the "STATIC" option why Polychrome Sync not able to
change color on IO Cover and PHC Heatsink ?

RGB on IO Cover and PHC Heatsink do change color when using other option ?
