It's possible that the keyboard is causing your problem. I don't know if that is your problem, but I'm just saying to consider the possibility.

powercfg -lastwake says:

EVERYTHING that could possibly wake up the machine has be set to OFF in Windows Device Manager, including the network adapter which is believe is the culprit.

I cannot find any more settings in UEFI to tweak.
