Try the ASRock tool, because part of it is also a firmware update for the controller.
Or try signalrgb, this tool, can work, with most combinations of hardware.
Or use the support form, on the ASRock website.

hello i have problem with my MB and i hope someone can help me

rgb was working fine until i turned off the computer
When I turn it on the next day it doesn't work at all
I don't use asrock polychromatic, I control it via bios

I tried disconnecting the battery, power connections, and RAM from the motherboard and waiting for a whole day, but this solution did not work
