Okay so I figured out my issue. Bios had disabled discreet display graphics. I made it to the closest micro center near me before they opened. I waited in line over night for it luckily I got there when I did tho cuz the line was already a couple dozen people long and I got the last one they had. It was the msi trio 4090. It?™s a beauty.

I was having similar issues with my RTX 3080 on my Taichi also.. I finally booted into windows using the AMD display adapter on motherboard and installed the Nvida drivers for my video card. Then I switched back to the RTX and it booted right up. I think you have to have the drivers before it will recognize the card....Not sure why as windows should load default drivers but maybe because the 4090 is new??? How the heck did you luck out and get a 4090? So my x670e taichi won?™t get past error code 37 or 38 on the dr,debug. The only thing I did was remove my 6700xt and replace it with the msi trio 4090. And not it won?™t boot correctly or at all really. I?™ve been trying to trouble shoot for and hour and I can?™t guider out the issue or how to fix it. So
