I wanna add to this someone told me try puting your Power options to saving modus and that made my temps drop to 38C

Hey there, i have as above mentioned 5950x on Asrock x570 Extreme4 and my Temps on idle are 70c...

It is not something new im using it like that for a year now. but i have the issue that i cant use OBS and a game that is from 2008 cause the CPU Cant process it. It starts to studder in Obs. On top of that my temps are so high always.


I see people having the CPU on 30-50C idle with worse Cooling then i have.

this is my spec.

im not using the front cover nor the side glass on the PC case cause it just gets to hot.

i have 3 fans pulling in from inside air (Backside of the Cooling grill), two on the front of the case pushing in
1 on the top and back pushing air out. (i dont think they serve anything as case is nearly compleatly open..)
