Does it power on and get you into the bios screen? Otherwise how were you able to flash the bios? Is your problem that you can not start to the OS? What OS did you load on it? Hello Guys,
recently I got new parts and started building my PC.
Once i tried to start it, it didnt.

I have tried many things and wanted to ask if anyone may have additional opinions.

MB: Asrock X570S Phantom Gaming Riptide DDR4 ATX So.AM4
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D
Memory: 32GB G.SKill Trident Z neo DDR4-3600 CL16 Dual Kit
GPU: 8GB MSI Geforce RTX 3070 Ventus 3X Plus 8G OC
PSU: 750W be quiet! Straight Power 11 Modular 80 Gold
Storage: 1TB Samsung 970 Evo m.2

I have tried flashing the bios and it didnt work.
The m.2 is formated, empty.
My Problem is that of the 4 red lights the CPU and DIMM light are constantly on.

Hope I gave enough Info so someone can help
