Hi I have an
ASRock Z790 PG Lightening
17-13700K

Computer is working fine barring 1 niggly issue.

When the computer reboots it will goto a black screen and then the monitor flashes as if the computer is off. However fans etc are all still active and the only way to get the device to boot again is by Powering Off at the PSU.

This happens when using the onboard GPU or my Nvidia 1070 card.

Any ideas?
