The response I received from Asrock support stated:

"Unfortunately, the VGA card does not have or provide the tool for fan setting."

Since Asrock doesn't have a separate subsection on the forum for Asrock ARC graphics cards I'll post here. Feel free to move this post should you create a dedicated section for ARC cards.

I have an ASRock Challenger Arc A380 as of this week and have the latest Intel driver installed. 31.0.101.3802 (Nov 14)

Despite this graphics card idling at 55C and VRAM idling at 58C the fan on this card starts and stops up to ten times a minute. Please let me know if there is a tool to adjust the fan curves or if this will only be fixable by a firmware update.
