[First time post... couldn't find definitive info in search...]

I am running an AMD 1600 now with an appropriately old BIOS.

I would like to upgrade to an AMD 4500 or AMD 5500, but the issue is that although the supported CPU page for the board has a note "AMD R3 4100/R5 4500/R5 5500 have no iGPU. Please install a graphics card." which would imply support for those CPUs, they are not listed on the list below.

Based on the CPU families, one would think they would be supported, but...

Two questions: (1) are they officially supported, (2) what is the minimum bios I would need to upgrade using my 1600 before switching CPUs?
