I have an X470 SLI/ac.

I was trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and used Diskpart to "clean" my harddrive, which I didn't realize wiped my entire disk (I know, silly).

I downloaded a copy of Windows to an external USB drive but now my computer shows no output to the monitor. When I turn it on, it doesn't beep or anything. It doesn't seem like it's doing anything. I unplugged everything not needed, including the graphics card, and am just using the graphics in the motherboard itself. Still nothing. I have an M.2 harddrive I installed directly into the motherboard.

Did I brick my computer? What can I try?
