This is what I am getting when looking into Device Manager, the apparently very generic Code31

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The request is not supported.

and what I have noticed today is that the Dragon network monitoring software doesn't work anymore, I am getting an error message "There is no supported adapter"

Hello

I am the owner of a B550M Steel Legend MB and all has been great for few years now.Except few weeks ago,I started to lose Internet connection from the Realtek 2.5Gb Lan controller.

This is the way it looks like now.

Cable is actually plugged in of course but the lights are not showing on the RJ45 port, nothing even blinking.

any idea how can I fix this? I am currently running ethernet connection with a USB to Lan adapter and its working fine but I would prefer to use this USB port on the MB for something else obviously
