Seems like ASRock pushed an update for H310m-hdv adding support for CAM (Clever Access Memory) which apparently is the same as Resizable Bar (SAM)... They did push an beta update to the Z370 version and MSI already did on their whole h300 lineup. I currently have ASRock H370 Pro4 combined with an I7-8700 and Rx 6800 and I would love to get this feature if it's possible.
