Of course, the latest (7.40). In fact, there's probably a new one coming relatively soon with AGESA 1.2.0.8

But if your current BIOS is older than 1.40, it says to upgrade to 1.40 first.
And then you can upgrade to 7.40. But that seems impossible because 3200G wouldn't be working with such an old BIOS.

If you already have 4.50 or newer BIOS, I'd swap the CPU first, and then update to the latest. But if it's older than 4.50, you'll have to update first, and then swap the APU.

I have the B450M-HDV R4.0 board and currently I am running the Ryzen 3 3200G with no issues. I was planning on an upgrade to a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G which is Cezanne (Zen3).
