Next update
After additional 24 hours of BIOS reset (without battery and jumper on clrcmos1)
I tried to restart the system yesterday evening --> monitor is still black and cooling fans are running.
Meanwhile I visually checked both CPUs --> no visual abnormalitys
So it seems the mainboard has some failures.

I bought that board in Mid 2017, so it is nearly 6 years old.
From my point of view no problem as I think this should be no problem for a motherboard.

So at least there is no other way for me than replacing the board and this thread can be closed.

Update (in english):

After 16 hours without power an in ClrCMOS1 mode I repowerded my system yesterday evening. First point, motherboard light are glowing now as usual.
I started the system an all cooling fans sarted rotating (even on GPU).
But there was still nothing to see on my monitor.
So I switched to onboard grafics via HDMI ---> nothing.
After powering down the system I removed all RAM except 1, and removed Nvidia GPU.
Restarting the system brought no improvement --> nothing to see on monitor but fans are rotating. Even a short bios reset (including to deinstall battery) brought nothing new. Last try was to remove 1 G.Skill RAM and change it to 1 old Corsair RAM ---> reboot brought nothing new.
Finally I set the system to another long time BIOS clearance mode to see if today (after another 15-16 hours) there might be some improvement.
Mayby I will additionally change back to core i5 today to see if the new (old) core i7 has maybe some damages.
But that will be the end of my ideas what to test.
Maybe someone got another good idea?

Hallo zusammen

Kurz zu meinem Setup.
Vorher: - CPU (Intel core i5 7600k Kaby Lake)
        - Board Asus Z270 Fatality Gaming K4
        - RAM Corsair Vengance 3200 Cl16 (4x8 GB)
        - Zotac RTX 2070

Dieses Setup wurde über mindesten 2 Monate stabil betrieben im XMP-Modus

Neu:     - CPU (Intel core i7 7700k Kaby Lake)
        - RAM GSkill Ripsaw 3200 V Red Cl14 (4x16 GB)

Seit ich die neue CPU und RAM eingebaut habe startet das System nicht mehr (Lüfter drehen nicht, Monitor bleibt schwarz, Beleuchtung des Board bleibt dunkel,...)
Zuerst dachte ich mein 10 Jahre altes Netzteil (Corsair RM850) hat sich verabschiedet, also getauscht gegen ein neues (Corsair HX750).
Keine Veränderung --> Rückbau auf core i5 CPU --> keine Veränderung
Danach alten RAM wieder eingebaut --> keine Veränderung.

Nach einigem Suchen im Netz habe ich herausgefunden, dass bei Nutzung des XMP-Profils der Austausch von Hardware zu solchen Probleme führen kann.
Empfehlung war hier ein Reset des BIOS um alles auf Werkseinstellung zu setzen.

CLRMOS1 über Board-Jumper nach Anweisung durchgeführt (auch CMOS Batterie entfernt) und System wieder mit Strom versorgt --> einzige ?nderung ist nun, dass die LED im Bereich des externen Anschluss-Blocks (dort wo das Intel Gigabit Ethernet Logo sitzt) blinkt. Nach wie vor fährt das System nicht hoch.

Gibt es eventuell Tips wie ich noch verfahren kann?
Kann es sein, dass ich das Board / BIOS geschrottet habe?
