Asrock said to update the bios to latest but already had bios version installed that site said supported Ryzen 5 3600, updated Bios to 5.10, still starts, restarts and shuts down after 20-30 seconds, swapped out AMD cpu fan with Be Quiet fan, still does it. Have X470 Taichi board, new Ryzen 5 Gen 3 - 36000 CPU does not post with BIOS P4.60, starts and shuts down after 20-30 seconds.
New Memory, DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 3200 MHz CL16 1.35V, new 750 thermlake PS.
Previous Ryzen gen2 2800 works with same hardware.
Cleared BIOS and CPU fan working as expected.

Bad CPU or need BIOS update ?
