I have a 13900ks and a Z690M-ITX/ax with the latest bios (11.x)

I have noticed in games that the motherboard does not give the 13900ks all the frequency.

For example when I play "tarkov" the frequency drops to 5200.
The chip does not run at 150 watts. (Watercooling 60-70° C)

When I manually set the clock to 5.6 ghz it doesn't work either.
Do I have to set something else here or is that intentional?

In other games, however, such as Dayz, the 5.6 ghz is maintained.

What is going on here?
