I believe the Network check in the BIOS refers to a different server, so it cannot be used as a network test.
Try, disconnecting the powercord from the PSU, then keep the start button pressed for 20 seconds, then remove the BIOS battery for 5 minutes, and place it back.
Now You have a factory reset, where also date and time are incorrect.
Or try booting from a USB stick with Ubuntu Linux on it, see if You have the same problem.

Hello,

a couple of years ago I bought a B460M-ITX/ac, but the network has always been slow, but working. Now it doesn't even work anymore. I loaded default BIOS settings, but it didn't change anything. The network isn't detected even at BIOS level.

I'm sure that it's not a router issue or a cable issue because they work properly with other computers.

I made some photos to describe the situation:

After entering into the BIOS and clicking on Advanced, network interfaces don't show up


When I click on Tool -> Internet Flash, it tries to connect...


...but it fails


Clicking on Network Configuration, there's nothing interesting


When I click back to Advanced, now network interfaces are displayed


Clicking on "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (12 1219-V ..." I get that the network interface is detected, but its status is Disconnected, but it is indeed connected to the router
