What are your full system specs? Do you have the RAM installed in slots A2 and B2?

Hi, I just recently tried to install F4-3600C19D-16GTZRB to my B550m steel legend I know it isn't listed on the QVL list but the seller in my country said that it should be working, with exception the speed is gonna match the motherboard's specs. There are several reviews from the marketplace said it's working on b450m with ryzen 5 3600, also several other AMD motherboard and procie. Instead, there's no display shown from my PC.

Any suggestion?
