    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=26958">7thWave</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 25617<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15 Mar 2023 at 7:45pm<br /><br />Hello,<br /><br />since I changed my motherboard (previous Gibagyte X299 UD4) for an Asrock X299 Creator, my 10980xe frequencies, especially for TBM 3.0 Max behave in a strange way. <br /><br />I am running Windows 11 on secure boot, with BIOS 1.52C.<br /><br />In fact, the 18 cores are stuck at 3800 MHz and do not move between frequencies, like it was the case on my previous motherboard. I changed the settings in the BIOS to match the cpu's specs :<br /><br />4.8 GHz for 2 cores<br />4.6 Ghz for 4 cores<br /><br />etc. until 3.8 GHz for 18 cores<br /><br />Turbo boost is enabled, of course.<br /><br />Anyone could hep]]>
