I don't know what mail client You use, but check online, in the spam folder.
Gmail for instance is know to drop legit mail in the smap folder, and Your mail client, doesn't always load the items in spam.
This often explains why "They" don't seem to reply.
As far as I can see it is a one on one USB cable.
A USB 2 header always has 2 USB ports, and this cable only uses 1 Port.

When You use country Netherlands, language English, the ticket will be sent to European support, they might be able to help

asrock isnt replying to support tickets so im trying here.
i bought a z170 extreme 7+ a while back and it came with a front usb panel with usb 3.1 and usb C on it. it came with a "special" usb power cable that i cant find anywhere. does anyone know the pinout on it so i can make my own or maybe it has a part number it shares something with?
