The USB connection works just fine, I can use it with my disk. can confirm on my galaxy s10 , s20+ and my mech keyboard that has usb type c connector that it works properly. Try a different cable maybe? what bios are u on? upon reading countless threads i have stumbled upon some that reports they are experiencing frequent usb disconnects
