(1) Effective? No idea. But they do have it.
(2) PG-ITX only has the big fan-assisted heatsink, no spare for the other slot
(3) Mine runs GSkill F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX at 6000 no problem
(4) They're effectively the same except for I/O and size. I am about to buy either a "B650E PG Riptide WIFI" or "B650E Steel Legend WIFI". Some of the questions I have are:

1) Do they both effectively support resizable bar feature for the Intel Arc A770 GPU?
2) Do they both provide heatsinks for each M.2 SSDs they can fit?
3) Do they support 6000MHz DDR5 RAM(F5-6000J3636F16GX2-RS5K)?
