You may want to pull the CPU and check the socket and CPU for issues. Continued
uneven pressure can cause the CPU substrate to bend. Also, pull the CMOS battery
and disconnect the system from power. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
or so to discharge all the capacitors in the PSU and motherboard. Leave the system

My computer starting rebooting randomly about a week ago and then today finally completely shut off and won't restart.

I pulled the ram and still did not make it to the Bios. Code flashes AA 21 right off the bat.

I have reseated all connections that I can find, that it would make any sense to have a problem with.

The motherboard is Taichi X670E.
The processor is Ryzen 9 7950X.
Memory is Trident Z5 AMD EXPO 32GB.
