    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=27197">Protuberanz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 25853<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 May 2023 at 4:10pm<br /><br />Hello everyone,<br /><br />I recently bought an ASrock x670e pro rs mainboard and after setting up my new rig I experience some trouble with my USB devices.<br />Every few hours all my USB devices will drop connection and then reconnet.<br />This can happen twice an hour or just once every few hours.<br /><br />Can this be fixes somehow or is this an hardware issue and the mainboard needs to be replaced?<br /><br />My Rig:<br />CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D<br />GPU: 16GB ASRock Radeon RX 6800 Challenger<br />RAM: G.Skill DIMM 64 GB DDR5-6000 Kit 30-40-40-96<br />NVMe 1: SAMSUNG 980 PRO 1 TB PCIE 4.0<br />NVMe 2: SAMSUNG 980 PRO Heatsink 2 TB PCIE 4.0<br />CPU-Fan: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4<br />Power supply: Be Quiet 750W<br />Case: Fractal Design Define 7 Compact Solid<br />Windows 11<br /><br />Further information:<br />I've had these issues with the bios versio on delivery 1.03 and after updating the bios to 1.21.<br />I've tried to deactivate all settings that can put USB devices to sleep or turning them off to save power but this still happens, regardless if I connect all devices to the Mainboard itself or to the frontpanel of the case.]]>
