It seems PBO doesn't work. With default values single core boosts upto 5.5ghz(it should go upto 5.55ghz).

If I set +25-200 PBO offset, single core boosts upto same 5.5ghz (ryzen master/hardware info/etc reports max possible clock of 5.75ghz tho)

With -200 PBO offset single core boosts upto 5.35ghz, -300 upto 5.25ghz, etc

It works, but only if I set negative value... Maybe some obscure settings interfering with PBO?

Other info: CPU isn't hitting max TJMAX and I set CO to -15mv, tried different positive offsets 25-200mhz. Same thing with 1.21 and 1.24.AS02 bioses.
