I would consider the board VRM design to be more than adequate to run a 5800X to its maximum potential.<br /><br />Me personally, don't chase the last 1% of the performance (or even the last 10%), as my primary goal is reliability.  So I only use JEDEC ECC DIMMs and don't even enable Boost functionality.  Yeah, I'm weird like that, but I like all my components ending up at a museum in working condition after I die.  LOL<br />]]>

The<br />sticker will be a simple white paper sticker with just a simple number on it:<br />"P1.20" for example.<br /><br />There are no seals in the packaging so you can open the box (unless your retailer<br />put a sticker on there). This is the only way to check the BIOS version,<br />unfortunately it is not printed on the box as the version may be updated at various<br />points in the supply chain. The sticker on the BIOS chip will be the version that<br />the board left ASRock's warehouses with.]]>

Dark Rock Pro 4<br />Power Supply:SeaSonic B12 BC 850 W 80+ Bronze.<br />GPu: Rx 6700xt saphire 12gb<br /><br />The ASRock B550M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard supports the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor with BIOS version P1.20. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version, upgrading the BIOS will be necessary to support the CPU.<br /><br />I did a mistake buying this motherboard? Should i proceed unboxing ?<br /><br />Thank you for your time and I will wonderful if anyone can help me .]]>
