Till the professional can give you a right answer if i had this problem i could check if i had the same version update as your friend.

Do you have the same version bios as your friend ?

If u cant then cmd
Open the Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog, then type cmd and press Enter.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion
The BIOS version will be displayed on the next line.

Or
Just go to ?œStart?????œRun??(Win + R) and type msinfo32, then press Enter
