I started installing a machine yesterday with the following components!

    AMD AM4 RYZEN 7 5700G 3.8 to 4.6GHz 20MB 8C16T
    ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3
    Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black CPU Cooler
    Fractal Design Node 804 - Black
    Corsair RM750e 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
    32GB DDR4 3200 MEM RAM (2X16GB) CL16 XPG RGB SPECTRIX
    WD Ultrastar DC HC310 HUS726T4TALA6L4 P/N: 0B35950
    1TB SATA 3 Series 870 EVO SSD
    5x Noctua 2000RPM NF-A12x25 4-Pin PWM Fans
    Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm Fan

I installed Windows 10 yesterday and all the machine updates except for the BIOS.

This morning, I turned on the machine, and only the machine's LEDs lit up, but the fans didn't start, and nothing appeared on the screen.
