As said in topic name i have AsRock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4 DDR4 motherboard.
I use it with i5 12400 and had it at stock Bios since i bought it. Recently however i decided to do upgrade to 13500 so i went ahead and flashed BIOS to it's newest version.
There is something seriously wrong with newest BIOS 14.03 the performance of CPU changed for me alright i went from having 70-80fps in Spider-man Remastered to having 50-60 that's like 25% less lol. No amount of poking around in BIOS managed to resolve it so i downgraded to the 13.01 and it works fine instantly.
