With WOL, usually You only need to set PCIE Devices power on to enabled, then save and exit, and restart the system one more time, now WOL is active.
When the power is removed from the PSU, You have to boot, and restart, before it works again.

i have the non wifi DDR5 version of this board and cant get Wake on lan to work beyond about 60 secs after shutdown. its like the only reason it work initially is because of power left in the Lan adapter capacitors.
