Hello,
i tried to upgrade my SSDs and i don't know what i can do now...

I had a 960EVO in the back Slot (Gen3) and 4 Sata 860EVO... all was working fine.

NOW
I try to upgrade and bought a new 990Pro 1TB and 2TB.

In the back slot both work fine... but with Gen3 that's okay.
BUT if i add one in the Gen4 slot behind the cooler i get sensor errors in the Bios H/W Monitor and the fans are not workling correctly.

CPU shows under bios 6553.1C, Fans 65535 RPM and Volt are not okay.

I have the latest Bios on the ASRock and Samsung, CPU is a 5900X, GPU 7900XTX.

The 960EVO works fine in the Gen4 and sensor are okay, but i get the same errors if i add a 990Pro and under win11 i can't control the speed of my fans, no hardwaremonitor software can show me the fans.

I don't know what i can try... i tried to remove all the stuff, reset CMOS and so on...
