System spec:
- 7700x
- x670e Pro RS
- 2x32GB DDR5 5200 Corsair RGB
- 650W Seasonic 80+ Gold
- Id cooling AIO
- some NVMes

So recently my pc suddenly behaving weird as follow:
1. Turn on PC
2. Windows boot

everything is ok until this point

3. Turn off PC normally
4. After everything is turned off, i notice that the POST LED is turned on for RAM and CPU like this:

5. i try to turn on PC again
6. waited for like half hour, it's stuck in RAM and CPU POST LED while every RGB turned on

Now i try to force shutdown using power button or reset button, but the system doesn't respond to either of those.
What i can do is:
7. turn off the power supply
8. hold press the power button for 3 seconds to do power cycle
9. then turn on power supply again.
10. PC boot normally again but going back to the number (1) cycle again

I try to debug using every options available such as:
- update bios to latest, as for now is 1.24
- reset default bios settings
- turn off fast boot
- use different OS: ubuntu, ubuntu server, windows
