I went to negative 15 all core under volt on 7800x3d since I heard so many got good results with 30. I had a lockup in a benchmark so I loaded defaults again but with performance fan profile. Id rather have 100% stable system vs one that crashes if just sometimes. Hopefully with future bios updates this will fix itself.

If I try to turn pbo on or expo on ram I can benchmark stable game whatever but if I try to restart my pc or cold boot I get bsod. Last time I messed with it kept bsod so bad I had to put fresh windows 11 on it to fix.

Am I stuck till a better bios comes out? Things I have tried turning c states off disabling memory context disabling igpu. Only bios setting from default I changed was I changed my Corsair 4000d case fans and deep cool ak620 dual tower cpu fan to performance from silent.
