Bro I have the same problem, did you solve your problem?
I mistakenly downloaded the frimware file that was on the site and ran it, and the RGB turned off, do you have any advice?

I've already tried to update the firmware from this post:

I'm unfortunately greeted with a ''failed to update'' message.

Clean installing windows didn't help either.

Any help is appreciated.
