Kinda silly that it can't see the old one though, was a real pain to figure out. The supported NVMe list is on the product page here for any future people who encounter this:
https://pg.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B650%20PG%20Lightning/index.asp#Storage

I have tried updating the BIOS to 1.2.4 and all the M.2 lanes on the board but they are not even showing up in the BIOS right now. The drive does seem to be found and it is drawing power but I am not able to detect it at all. anyone know a solution to this problem?

System specs here:
CPU: ADM Ryzen 9 7900
GPU: Nvidia 3060TI
RAM Corsair 5200 Mhz 32GB
Board: ASrock B650 PG Lightning
Storage: 128GB SATA SSD, 2TB SATA HDD, 500GB SATA SSD, 1TB M.2 NVMe 3.0 SSD (Sabrent Rocket NVMe SSD 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 NVMe TLC SSD) this is the drive I am trying to connect.
