It is apparently possible to convert an existing install from MBR (Master Boot Record) to GPT (GUID Partition Table - I hate it when a short-hand contains another short-hand).

But I can imagine things going bad on a drop of a hat.

If you're going to attempt this, make sure you have viable backups of everything. You could also consider this an opportunity to clean-install everything. Make sure to DISABLE CSM before you start the installation process, or you'd be back to square one after all that work.

Hello,

Trying to enable SAM, however, the BIOS is asking me to disable CSM before enabling SAM. When I do that, I cannot boot into WIndows.
