It's how they are able to interpret macros etc. The motherboard
basically thinks the mouse is a "keyboard like device". I am not sure how one would
go about disabling it without also disabling keyboard power on. I don't really use
the feature myself so haven't played with it much. It may be worth reaching out
to ASRock and asking them directly:
http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

This is working however I have "USB Mouse Power On" disabled and yet I can still turn it on with my mouse. I don't know why this is happening but I have a Razor Orchi v2 and I'm using the 2.4 dongle setting. The only thing that I can think of is that it thinks it's a remote for it. Is there a way to disable this from turning it on but keeping the keyboard? It's kind of annoying that it turns on with just a single mouse movement. Maybe there is something in Windows that I'm missing?
