Okay, I see the 3600 is compatible w/ 5.80. Can I update directly from 3.20 to 5.80 or do I still need to go that full path of updates? Hello,

I plan to update my BIOS on the title's mobo and it'll be the first time I update a BIOS in probably over a decade. I just wanted to make sure I'm updating it properly, based on the BIOS versions here: https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/Fatal1ty%20AB350%20Gaming%20K4/index.asp#BIOS

So, am I able to go from 3.20 straight to 7.00 in order to get to 7.40, right? Or do I need to go from 3.20 -> 3.40 -> 5.40 -> 5.80 -> 7.00 -> 7.40?
