I'm not endorsing the above Amazon link.<br />It's just something that came up when I searched.<br /><br />I don't believe you'll lose any SATA port on this X570 board, even if you use all three m.2 slots (two for SSDs and one for WiFi).<br /><br />The only quirk is, if you install the ASRock Thunderbolt 3 AIC card (R2.0), then you will lose the ability to use m.2 SATA drive in M2_3 slot.  It should not affect any of the 8 SATA connectors, however.<br /><br />Note the first M2_1 slot only supports NVMe drives.  No m.2 SATA support on that slot.  I don't see any reason for anyone to buy an m.2 SATA SSD these days anyway.  NVMe drives are plentiful and cheap.<br /><br />Note M2_1 is the fastest, because it's connected directly to the CPU.  M2_2 is for WiFi card.  M2_3 is connected to the X570 chipset.<br />]]>
