I hope you didn't mess up anything while removing the GPU. It's hard to push down on the PCIe retaining bracket to release the GPU these days, because GPUs are so big.

Other than that, I've personally experienced dirty connector preventing the GPU from working. I wiped the PCIe connector on the GPU with electrical cleaner (or just alcohol) to fix that issue once.

I upgraded my nvme recently because nvme slot is directly behind the gpu i need to take it out first then install my new nvme. But when i boot it, my pc has no display, no led light turn on which is odd. I triy wilith display port and hdmi with no avail.
