what is the best settings for overclocking a fx-8320 on a Asrock 970A-G/3.1 mobo?
Im using a Titan Fenrir CPU Cooler Xmas Edition cpu cooler, 16 gigs kingston ram (2x8) a AMD Radeon HD 6670 graphics card.   
   
    Should I use the extreme tuner software or change settings in bios?   What should the settings be for the extreme tuner software to get 4-4.5 core speed (they only have 3 settings your able to change and I not sure what combo of settings I should use? they have only little or poor instructions on what they should be.
