I have a AsRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 6 motherboard and I bought a Samsung 990 Pro nVME drive. No matter what I do, the nVME drive is not being recognized in bios or by disk part. I have tried multiple M.2 slots and in different computers. The 990 is recognized in a different computer.

I have tried updating the BIOS to the latest update and have even tried the beta update as well (P4.30E). The limited support list says I need bios version P4.30G, which I don't know where to find. I have also tried unplugging all SATA cables.

Is there some firmware update or something else that I need? I have tried disabling RAID, CSM, TPM, everything.

Please help.
